1) automatically connect to web page with proxy list; 2) randomily get one from eight proxy package-list; 3) download 25-th pairs of proxy-IP, proxy-Coded-Port; 4) decode proxy-Coded-Port; 5) return array of pairs: proxy-IP, proxy-Port;

6) connect to example web-site (possible that some thing changed on this site); 7) de anagramm it's coded anagramms; 8) post registration request, show results.
